Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 5:13 p.m., officers responded to a radio call to 24th and Vinton Street regarding a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located a 15-year-old male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported by rescue squad to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-11-08 at 1:30 p.m.
The victim has been identified as Eric Tongvanh, DOB: 02-16-93, of 7418 South 52nd Street. The victim remains in a critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-17-08 at 5:30 p.m.
Eric Tongvanh died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the hospital, as a result of injuries sustained during the shooting.

A Felony Warrant has been issued for Aaron Morales, DOB: 6-10-90, for 1st Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony regarding the Eric Tongvanh homicide that occurred on Wednesday, December 10, 2008.

Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Friday, November 22, 2008 officers responded to a shooting at 5820 North 24th Street.
Landers and several other parties were at the residence. Landers and the victim, Antoine Jackson began to argue. During the argument, Landers displayed a firearm and discharged it, striking Jackson. Jackson was transported to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
Landers fled from the scene prior to officers arriving. Information that officers and detectives gathered identified Landers as the suspect.
A felony warrant has been issued for Landers for First Degree Assault and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Warrant: Omaha Police | On Friday, January 2, 2009 detectives were notified by a representative of Total Construction Services at 6733 North 56th Street that a salesman had embezzled money from the company.
Eagen worked for the company as a salesman for Total Construction Services, finalizing contracts between the company and clients. In October of 2008, Eagen instructed a client to make out a check for $3,700 directly to him, for services rendered. The check should have been made out to the company.
Eagen did not turn the money over to Total Construction Services, and has not had contact with the company since he took the money.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Eagen for Theft – Unlawful Taking, over $1,500.

Warrant: United States Marshals | On Sunday, May 10, 2009, officers responded to the area of Florence Boulevard and Ohio Street to investigate a report of gunshots being fired from a “party bus”. When officers arrived, they observed a large group of people walking off the bus. Officers took Perry, along with one other suspect into custody for their involvement in the gunfire. The investigation revealed that the first suspect owned the firearm, but Perry fired the gun. No one was struck by the gunfire, but Perry is a convicted felon, and therefore, is not allowed to possess any firearm. The United States Marshals have issued a Federal felony warrant for the arrest of Perry for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Perry has a history of weapons and narcotics charges, and should be considered armed-and-dangerous.

Warrant: Iowa | On February 20, 2005, the Iowa Highway Patrol made a routine traffic stop on Interstate-80 in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Gonzalez-Aguilar. During interviewing, Gonzalez-Aguilar and his passenger gave conflicting stories about their travel plans and destination. Further investigation revealed that Gonzalez-Aguilar was transporting 70 pounds of marijuana. Gonzalez-Aguilar was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Tax Stamp Violation, Prohibited Acts, and Child Endangerment (there was an infant in the vehicle with Gonzalez-Aguilar and the passenger). Gonzalez-Aguilar was placed on probation for this incident. He has since violated the terms of his probation, by committing several other crimes, including Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Flight to Avoid Arrest, DUI, and Driving Under Suspension. Gonzalez-Aguilar has a history of DUI’s, traffic violations, assault and narcotics arrests.

His next of kin have been notified.On Thursday, January 29, 2009, Homicide Detectives arrested Armando J. Gomez (10-8-87) for Accessory to a Felony regarding the homicide of Peter Barges. Gomez was booked into the Douglas County Department of Corrections.A Felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Rafael Jiminez (DOB: 12-22-72) for Second Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.-----------------------------------------On Thursday, January 22, 2009, officers responded to 6232 South 40th Street to investigate a domestic disturbance. The victim told officers that she and her husband, Jiminez, were involved in an argument. During the argument, Jiminez pulled the victim’s hair, choked her, punched her in the face, and threatened to kill her.

Warrant: Omaha Ne | On Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 10:52 p.m., officers responded to a radio call to 11569 Rambleridge Road to investigate a domestic disturbance.
The victim told officers that she and her husband, Leger, were having an argument. The victim attempted to walk away, and Leger pushed her and blocked the doorway out of the room.
The argument continued, and Leger punched the victim in the face. Leger then attempted to leave. As the victim followed, Leger grabbed a sharp bladed instrument and began to chase and threaten the victim.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Leger for Domestic Violence Assault.

| The fugitive that will be featured on KETV’s Crime Stoppers Most Wanted with Rob McCartney is Frank Hussey. He is described as white male, standing 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
On Wednesday, November 14, 2007 officers responded to a radio call to 3216 Leavenworth Street, Alderman’s Bar, regarding a fight disturbance. It was reported to the officers that Hussey was inside the bar when he had a verbal altercation with two people. The disagreement turned physical and Hussey pulled out a knife and made a threatening comment. Numerous patrons in the bar wrestled Hussey to the ground and took the knife away from him. Hussey was then ordered to leave the bar.
Approximately an hour later, Hussey returned to the bar with multiple associates. Hussey was armed with a pool stick and assaulted one of the men who took the knife away from him. The victim received numerous lacerations to the top of his head. Hussey and his friends also smashed beer bottles and caused other damage to the bar. There was another victim who received cuts on her stomach from broken glass that was shattered during the melee.
There has been a felony warrant issued for the arrest of Frank Hussey for Aiding and Abetting 1st Degree Assault.

Thomas was originally convicted of bank fraud in 2007. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison. He was released in April 2008 under specific guidelines. He has since violated the terms and conditions of his supervised release. Thomas may also be using crack cocaine.
There has been a felony warrant issued by the U.S. Marshall’s for the arrest of Antiono THOMAS for Probation Violation.
