Case: 35351-X Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On June 27, 2009 at 1:08 a.m. officers responded to 72nd and Decatur Street to investigate a one-vehicle personal injury accident. A camaro had lost control and hit a fence and cement wall. The driver, later identified as Dolejs, and all three occupants of the vehicle were transported to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
The investigation revealed that Dolejs was driving under the influence of alcohol. The injuries to the three occupants varied, and included a lacerated liver, broken neck, broken ankle, fractured hip, torn muscles and damaged arteries.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Dolejs for three counts of Driving Under the Influence Causing Serious Bodily Injury. Case: RB# 46998-X Warrant: Omaha ne | Carlos DeLeon is a 29-year-old Hispanic male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
On Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 1:54 a.m. officers responded to a radio call to 8510 North 46th Avenue to investigate a Domestic Violence Assault. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the victim, DeLeon’s pregnant girlfriend (three months), who gave the following account:
The victim said that she was in bed with her 5-year-old son when Deleon arrived. DeLeon became upset at the victim. The victim took her son to another room, and returned to her bedroom. DeLeon had started to tear apart the bed, and had thrown the sheets and pillows on the floor.
The victim attempted to get the bedding back from DeLeon, but he pushed her, pulled the mattress off the box spring and threw it on top of the victim. During the assault, DeLeon tried gouging the victim’s eyes with his fingers, and bit the victim. DeLeon also ripped the phone off the wall, and took the victim’s car keys, preventing her from getting help. The victim was eventually able to leave the residence with her 5-year-old son.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of DeLeon for Domestic Violence Assault of a Pregnant Woman.

Case: RB# 67063-X Warrant: omaha | On Monday, October 26, 2009 at 1:29 a.m. officers responded to a radio call to 42nd and Q Street to investigate a personal injury accident.
The investigation revealed that a white Oldsmobile was northbound on 42nd Street, turning west onto Q Street. A red Dodge Ram travelling eastbound ran the red light, striking the Oldsmobile. After the collision, two occupants of the Dodge Ram ran from the scene.
The driver of the Oldsmobile was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ramon has been identified as the driver of the Dodge Ram. A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ramon for Leaving the Scene of Property Damage Accident and Motor Vehicle Homicide. Ramon has a limited prior criminal history, consisting only of a traffic offense.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Vicente for Accessory to a Felony. He has a history of misdemeanor assault, DV assault, and traffic offenses.Flor Campos has already been arrested for Accessory to a Felony in this case for driving Ramon to Kansas City, where he was intending to board a bus bound for Mexico.

Case: RB# 28273-V Warrant: Omaha Police | The fugitive that will be featured on KETV’s Crime Stoppers Most Wanted with Rob McCartney is Hector Amaya. Amaya is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
On Saturday, May 18, 2008 at 10:10 p.m. an officer on patrol in the area of Spring Lake Boulevard and F Street drove up to an accident that appeared to have just occurred.
It appeared that the vehicle had hit a wooden utility pole, and then flipped onto its top. The driver, later identified as Amaya, was outside of the vehicle, pacing back and forth. The officer could detect the odor of alcohol coming from Amaya.
Due to obvious signs of injury to Amaya, the officer requested a rescue squad. Amaya was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries. Since the driver was admitted to the hospital, the officer was not able to book him into jail for Driving Under the Influence of alcohol.
Amaya’s license had already been suspended due to three previous DUI convictions.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Amaya for Driving Under the Influence – 4th Offense.

Case: RB# 55495-X Warrant: Omaha Police | On Saturday, September 12, 2009, at 1:55 a.m. officers responded to a radio call to the 1500 block of North 48th Street to investigate a carjacking.
The victim told officers that two black males approached him as he left his vehicle. One suspect displayed a firearm, threatened to shoot the victim, and ordered the victim to give him the car keys and money.
Both suspects fled from the area in the victim’s vehicle. Detectives recovered the vehicle on September 15.
Detectives have determined that Perry is one of the suspects in this incident.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Perry for Robbery. Perry should be considered armed and dangerous.

Case: 37332-X Warrant: #01909687 | At 6:48 p.m. officers responded to a serious injury accident at 37th & Y St. A green 95 Pontiac Firebird was travelling eastbound on Y St. A white 96 Ford Contour travelling northbound on 37th St. ran the stop sign at Y St. and struck the Pontiac on the passenger side door. The force of the collision caused both vehicles to come to rest in the front yard of a house located on the northeast corner of the intersection of 37th & Y St. The driver and passenger of the Pontiac were transported to Creighton University Medical Center by OFD squad. The two occupants of the Ford ran north and then eastbound on foot. At this time, they have not been located. Speed may have been a factor in the accident. There were no indications of alcohol use at this time.
The passenger of the Pontiac suffered internal injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The occupants of the white Ford were described as two Hispanic males in their late teens to early twenties. The driver is believed to be Alvarez-Valle.

Case: 83528-V Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at 5:13 p.m., officers responded to a radio call to 24th and Vinton Street regarding a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located a 15-year-old male victim with an apparent gunshot wound. The victim was transported by rescue squad to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-11-08 at 1:30 p.m.
The victim has been identified as Eric Tongvanh, DOB: 02-16-93, of 7418 South 52nd Street. The victim remains in a critical condition.
UPDATE: 12-17-08 at 5:30 p.m.
Eric Tongvanh died Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at the hospital, as a result of injuries sustained during the shooting.

A Felony Warrant has been issued for Aaron Morales, DOB: 6-10-90, for 1st Degree Murder and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony regarding the Eric Tongvanh homicide that occurred on Wednesday, December 10, 2008.

Case: RB# 30486-X Warrant: Omaha Ne | On June 9, 2009 officers responded to a radio call to 8303 Dodge Street, Methodist Hospital, to investigate a domestic violence assault. The victim told officers that she got into a physical altercation with her ex-boyfriend, Coleman.
During the fight, Coleman pushed the victim into a wall, causing minor injuries to her back. As the victim attempted to get away from Coleman, she twisted her knee and fell to the ground, injuring her knee.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Coleman for DV assault.
Coleman has an extensive criminal history, including numerous assaults, child abuse, weapon and drug offenses, robbery and sexual assault. He should be considered dangerous.

Case: RB# 54325-X Warrant: Omaha Police | On Tuesday, September 8, 2009 officers responded to the 4700 block of North 37th Street to investigate a sexual assault. The victim advised officers that her ex-boyfriend, Hubbard, arrived at her residence and started arguing with her.
Hubbard then began punching and slapping the victim, then choked her until she almost passed out. This all took place in front of the victim’s eight-year-old son. Hubbard forced both the victim and her son into the basement.
After holding both victims in the basement for a while, Hubbard ordered the eight-year-old to go upstairs. Hubbard then forced the victim to have sex with him several times, against her will.
The victim told officers that this entire incident took place for approximately four hours. The victim was treated for multiple injuries at the hospital.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Hubbard for 1st-Degree Sexual Assault. Hubbard has a history of assault, narcotics and weapons offenses.

Case: 79215-V Warrant: Omaha Police Department | On Friday, November 22, 2008 officers responded to a shooting at 5820 North 24th Street.
Landers and several other parties were at the residence. Landers and the victim, Antoine Jackson began to argue. During the argument, Landers displayed a firearm and discharged it, striking Jackson. Jackson was transported to Creighton University Medical Center in critical condition.
Landers fled from the scene prior to officers arriving. Information that officers and detectives gathered identified Landers as the suspect.
A felony warrant has been issued for Landers for First Degree Assault and Use of a Weapon to Commit a Felony.

Case: RB# 88897-V Warrant: Omaha Police | On Friday, January 2, 2009 detectives were notified by a representative of Total Construction Services at 6733 North 56th Street that a salesman had embezzled money from the company.
Eagen worked for the company as a salesman for Total Construction Services, finalizing contracts between the company and clients. In October of 2008, Eagen instructed a client to make out a check for $3,700 directly to him, for services rendered. The check should have been made out to the company.
Eagen did not turn the money over to Total Construction Services, and has not had contact with the company since he took the money.
A felony warrant has been issued for the arrest of Eagen for Theft – Unlawful Taking, over $1,500.

Warrant: United States Marshals | On Sunday, May 10, 2009, officers responded to the area of Florence Boulevard and Ohio Street to investigate a report of gunshots being fired from a “party bus”. When officers arrived, they observed a large group of people walking off the bus. Officers took Perry, along with one other suspect into custody for their involvement in the gunfire. The investigation revealed that the first suspect owned the firearm, but Perry fired the gun. No one was struck by the gunfire, but Perry is a convicted felon, and therefore, is not allowed to possess any firearm. The United States Marshals have issued a Federal felony warrant for the arrest of Perry for Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Perry has a history of weapons and narcotics charges, and should be considered armed-and-dangerous.

Warrant: Iowa | On February 20, 2005, the Iowa Highway Patrol made a routine traffic stop on Interstate-80 in Pottawattamie County, Iowa. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Gonzalez-Aguilar. During interviewing, Gonzalez-Aguilar and his passenger gave conflicting stories about their travel plans and destination. Further investigation revealed that Gonzalez-Aguilar was transporting 70 pounds of marijuana. Gonzalez-Aguilar was charged with Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver, Tax Stamp Violation, Prohibited Acts, and Child Endangerment (there was an infant in the vehicle with Gonzalez-Aguilar and the passenger). Gonzalez-Aguilar was placed on probation for this incident. He has since violated the terms of his probation, by committing several other crimes, including Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Flight to Avoid Arrest, DUI, and Driving Under Suspension. Gonzalez-Aguilar has a history of DUI’s, traffic violations, assault and narcotics arrests.
