8/23/2010 - Strong Arm Robbery RB# 23565-Y

On Friday, June 25, 2010 at 9:41 p.m. officers were called to 3301 California Street to investigate a strong armed robbery.  The victim told officers that he had just purchased a case of beer and was walking south along 33rd Street from California when he was assaulted by two suspects.  The suspects also took his beer.  The victim suffered minor injuries.  Officers searched the area for the suspects, but were unable to locate them.

 

Detectives were able to retrieve video of the assault from the convenience store.  Security video shows suspect 1, Indian male with long black hair, wearing a blue jersey, tan shorts, blue shoes and a white bandana on his head and suspect 2, black male wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, black hat and black shoes hanging out along 33rd Street.

 

The victim is seen walking past suspect 1 and is unexpectedly assaulted while suspect 2 watches and allows suspect 1 to run away.

8/17/2010 - Quik Trip Robbery RB# 30241-Y

On Saturday 24 July 10 at 0210 hours officers responded to  the QT store at 6045 “L” Street regarding an armed robbery.  The investigation determined that a black male and female suspect entered the store. Both suspects were armed.  The suspects left the store with an undetermined amount of cash.  The suspects were last seen driving eastbound in the parking lot in a dark colored vehicle, possibly four door.

Black male approx 6’ 1”
Thin build
Wearing all black, black gloves, and a black ski mask 

Suspect # 2
Black female approx 5’ 5”
Medium build,
Wearing a red shirt, dark pants, white shoes, and a dark hood over her head, and a red bandana over her face

On Wednesday, July 14, 2010 at 4:07 a.m. officers were called to 5929 North 72nd Street, Kwik Shop, to investigate an armed robbery.  The clerk told officers that a suspect entered the store, displayed a firearm and demanded money from the register.  The suspect took an undetermined amount of money and fled the area on foot.  Officers searched the area for the suspect, but were unable to locate him.

During the robbery a second suspect approached the doorway, but never entered the store.  He wore a white t-shirt over his head and was a black male.

Suspect:
Black male wearing a black t-shirt that was pulled over his head, long black baggy shorts and black socks (no shoes)

8/3/2010 - Stolen Bank Information - RB# 26163-Y

In April 2010 a wallet was stolen that contained personal bank account information of a customer at First National Bank.  Over a four day period the suspect pictured was able to withdrawal approximately $1,900 in cash.  The suspect is a white male wearing a white t-shirt with gold designs.  He has brown hair and a goatee.  The suspect also has a right arm full of tattoos.

7/19/2010 - Kwik Shop Robbery RB# 09455-Y

On Monday, April 26, 2010 at 10:52 p.m., officers responded to 3606 Leavenworth Street, Kwik Shop, concerning a robbery that just occurred.  The employee reported that two males had entered the store armed with guns demanding money.  The two males fled the store running east with an unknown amount of money.  Responding officers believed they spotted one of the suspects near 31st Street and St. Mary’s Avenue which prompted a perimeter.  A search team was established, but the suspect(s) was not located. 

Suspect #1:
White male, approximately 5’5” tall wearing a black bandana, a white and black hooded coat, blue jeans and black gloves
 
Suspect #2:
Light skin black male, or Hispanic male, approximately 6’0” tall wearing a blue bandana, gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and blue gloves

In May 2010 an unknown suspect opened two credit accounts under different names at Nebraska Furniture Mart.  The suspect purchased Apple and Sony computers totaling over $10,000.  Video cameras captured the suspect.
 
The pictured suspect is also believed to be the same suspect in recent fraud at Cabela’s for $10,000.
 
The suspect is a white male 6’0” tall 200 pounds in his late 20’s early 30’s.  He has been seen in a silver Nissan two door sports car with another unknown suspect driver.

6/29/2010 - Sgt. Peffers Purse Snatching RB # 03843-Y

On Monday, April 2, 2010 at 9:13 p.m. officers were called to 1510 North Saddle Creek Road, Sgt. Peffer’s Restaurant, to investigate a purse snatching.  The 77 year old victim told officers that a suspect approached her vehicle, opened the driver’s door and grabbed her purse from her lap.  The suspect then fled the area in a vehicle. 
 
Shortly after the robbery, the victim’s credit card was used at a gas station.  Surveillance footage shows a large green SUV and blue small four door sedan meet at a gas pump.  A suspect from the SUV uses the card to fill up the gas tank in the sedan and the SUV.  The driver from the sedan entered the gas station and is pictured.
 
Detectives would like to speak with the person caught on tape entering the gas station.  She is described as a black female, wearing a white shirt and brown hat.

6/15/2010 - Exotia Burglary RB# 05332-Y

     On Friday, April 9, 2010 at 5:37 a.m. officers were called to 157 North 72nd Street, Exotica, for an intrusion alarm.  Officers found that the locking mechanism to the front door had been removed, the cash register was pried open and items were possibly missing.  No suspects were located inside of the store.  However security cameras captured footage of the burglary happen.  Cameras show a white male wearing dark clothing and gloves break in, put items into a trash can and then flee the area. The suspect appears to be 5’ 8" - 6’ tall with brown short hair.

6/14/2010 - Subway Attempted Robbery

On Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 11:50 p.m. officers were called to 5005 Center Street, Subway, to investigate an attempted robbery.  Employees told officers that a suspect entered the store and gave them a note demanding money from the register.  The employees then ran into the back and the suspect fled to a bicycle he left nearby.

The suspect potentially lives in the immediate area and had been observed at nearby businesses prior to the robbery attempt at Subway.

Detectives have obtained the video from the restaurant and are looking for assistance in identifying the suspect.

Suspect:
White male suspect, approximately 50 years of age, skinny / slender build, approximately 5’ 06” to 5’ 09”, wearing blue jeans, grey t-shirt and a Cleveland Indians ball cap

On Tuesday, May 04, 2010 at 12:50 a.m. officers were called to 3352 North 108th Street, Kum and Go, to investigate an armed robbery.  The clerk told officers that the suspect entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded money.  The suspect took an undetermined amount of money and alcohol from the business.  The suspect was last seen running east bound from the area.  Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.

Suspect:
Hispanic male wearing a red shirt under a black winter jacket, black baggy shorts, black bandana around neck and white shoes with black laces
